Aromatherapy may help to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. Learn how to create your own aromatherapy blend and the benefits of using essential oils.

Mindfulness

It can be easy to rush through life without stopping and thinking. Pay attention to the present moment, to your thoughts and feelings, in order to improve your mental wellbeing.

Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation that was little known in the west until recently. A typical meditation consists of focusing your full attention on your breath as it flows in and out of your body. In the last decade, mindfulness has been used to treat a variety of psychological problems and it is now thought to be an important preventative activity, helping to reduce the stresses of daily life.

Look good, feel fabulous is a fantastic one off to 6 week course to help raise self esteem, build confidence and support individual to look and feel great.

African Drumming

Drums are wonderful instruments and have a beautiful, explosive sound. Have fun and improve your skills and knowledge with the African beat.

Circus Skills

Circus skills can create a different learning environment and let you discover a new skill, which is a real confidence booster.

Dance- Salsa / Street / Hip Hop

Explore your creative skills with fun and energetic moves, imagination and individuality. Work together to learn a short, fun dance routine.

Bollywood Dancing

Bollywood dancing is exciting and easy to learn. You can build on their natural enthusiasm for movement and develop skills of coordination and teamwork.

Bhangra/Dhol Drumming

Learn a new rhythm and skill using the traditional Dhol Drum and Punjab music.

Magic Skills

Our magicians will prepare you to perform some amazing new tricks. Feel confident and be ready to amaze your colleagues and friends.

DJ / Rap School

Have the opportunity as a group to develop your own song lyrics and produce your own cd.
